The original source code of AKD Vision, including its architecture, documentation, and public API, is my work. I retain all rights to this intellectual property under applicable international copyright law.

## 2. What Is Permitted

You may:

- study how the code and its logic work;
- examine the architecture of the library;
- learn from the implementation of local-first browser AI tooling;
- use the project for educational purposes.

## 3. What Is Strictly Prohibited

Without my prior written permission, you may not copy or transfer all or any part of my source code into your own projects, websites, services, or applications. This restriction applies to both commercial and non-commercial products.

You may not conceal authorship or claim this work as your own.

## 4. Third-Party Components

AKD Vision uses third-party libraries and model weights. Those components are distributed under their own licenses, which are listed in `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md`. These terms apply to the original AKD Vision code and documentation and do not replace or override the licenses of third-party components.
